08 Civic Si Open and Close Hood Scoop

Back in the late 60's, Plymouth made a Roadrunner with an electric air grabber hood scoop, that you could raise up for more horsepower into the carburator, or close it incase of rain. Does anyone know who would manufacture or custom build this type of device for an 08 Honda Civic SI Coupe?
There must be an outfit perhaps in California, that could make one of these Air Grabber units that I could install in my hood to grab more air into my short ram intake. I realize I would need some type of funnel from the unit to the intake filter. I have been searching dilligently on the internet for this particular item, and hopefully someone is familiar with this application such as they used to have on the Roadrunner years ago. If anyone could please put me in touch with someone who has an idea of where I may be able to find such an item. Please e-mail me @ MKrill1@roadrunner.com, I would be most grateful!
Thanks, Don Krill

gonna have to make your own for that... seems like since its FI it wouldn't be as effective as the older ones for the carbs
