I was going through a couple of websites and I stumbled across this new 2002 Civic Si concept that is FROM HONDA. Greddy Turboed, 18" Rims, Mugen everything, Brembo brakes...
I think American Honda is starting to get the picture with the new SRT-4 and Mazda Speed Protege, that turbo is the way to go.
the one thing i like most about honda is that they don't have to use FI to get good hp out of their cars, and they run in the same class w/ cars that HAVE forced induction. for example, i'd rather have a civic type R over an SRT-4. the SRT-4 has a 2.4-liter DOHC turbo-boosted inline four with 205hp. CTR has an i-VTEC DOHC engine NON turbocharged and puts out 200hp. see where i'm coming from? imagine turbocharging a ctr... i think it would put out more than 205hp...
but yea that car is awesome, i would hope honda goes against the turbocharger and puts the money toward upgraded internal mods for a more naturally aspirated horsepower gain, THAT would be cool
Very nice, I like it. However, even if Honda does make it, I doubt we will ever see it. With all that carbon fiber, turbo, Mugen digital dash, Mugen CF seats, Brembo brakes, and 18-inch wheels I imagine it would have to cost close to $30,000. Heck, we can't even get the CTR or RSX-R.

I kinda like it..
but the red one just posted above is badass
