??? About my car

I have a 1989-91 Honda Civic Hatchback Si and something is wrong with it. Kinda Primitive so help me out please.

I'm in gear at a high rpm while holding down the pedal. Once I let go of the gas it starts to shake. What is the possible cause for this?

You probably have a vacuum leak. Check all your intake hoses for leaks, and make sure your exhaust is tight (including the U-joint where the manifold meets the cat).
