AEM CAM Gear help!!!

As you guys can probably guess from my name, i don't have a civic. My cousin does and she wants to know if she puts an AEM cam gear on her 1992 civic si hatback how many degrees does she have to adjust it??also does she have to delay it or increase it? Any help would be apreciated. Thanks

Every car's engine comes from the factory a little different than the next. Your cousin would have to get dyno tuned after the cam gear install to get the best power gain. You can't use someone elses settings and expect to get the same results, if you did it would be completely coincidence (sp?). Honestly, the cam gear would be a waste of money without an aftermarket cam. But if she is determined to get it, she won't find out the optimal setting without dyno tuning.
