Aftermarket Projector Headlights

This may sound stupid but how do I adjust my highbeams they don't seem to move up or down no matter which screw I'm turning??

what car do you have? you should have the low beams on when adjusting them and be about 20 ft away from a wall on a flat surface. top of the light hitting the wall should be 2 in. lower then the height of the headlight.

I have a 99 honda civic, I mean which of the 3 screws should I be turning to move them up or down.
