tech wrench ALl motor build.... need some suggestions please guys??

OK i have a 00si, b16a2 it currently has 151K miles on it, and i believe it's about time for a rebuild.... and i want to build it, i was looking at some aggressive cams (Crower stage 2 3/4 race cams-# 63402-2 on crower.com) which requires a set of springs #68188-16 on crower.com, i've also been looking at skunk 2 stage 1's but their ridiculously priced, and OBX has a set of stage 3 but they also require the mod... which i don't mind but anyone have any experience with these.. (and i am building the rest of the motor- but my parents asked what i wanted for my 20th b day and i took a set of cams instead of going to florida on vacation haha, car comes first to me lol) what are your alls opinions on which i should purchase? thanks alot guys.

CTR pistons, skunk2 stage 2 cams (pro series) dual valve springs skunk2 intake manifold, dh-racing throttle body, R-M-F header and you'll have a decent 1.6
