D16z6 Vtec head on a D14z6 engine

Hey

Question,
I have a D14z6 engine in my civic 2004 and i'd like to put a head of a Vtec D16z6 on it.
It's a head with an inlet, injector's, and throttle.

I know that i'll have some difficulty with the electronic's; but are there going to be some changes needed to math the head on the blok?

Is the length of the valves the same? So that they won't hit the pistons...
Is the oil supply enough?
