Exhaust help- high flow cat- headers & wraps

I just blew my stock cat conv. Can anyone reccomend a quality direct fit high flow cat that really helps perf?

I also cracked my stock exhaust manifold, I am going w/ DC 4-2-1 ceramic to replace. Is it worth it / helpful to use wraps?

Thanks for the help

Wrap, meh, can be a good idea, but if you have a CAI you should be fine. Some would tell you to wrap it to prevent excess heat from entering your engine bay. And certainly without a wrap or heat shield thats true, you will have a more heat soaked bay, so wrapping is your call.

As for the cat? Carsound cats are a good high flow unit, or use stock and get an exhaust shop to try to rig it to your new header. I assume your collector size off this new header is 2.5in?

You can order a custom high flow cat from SMS Products . You just need to tell him the diameter piping, length of the cat, and that you need a 2nd o2 bung for the secondary o2.

Otherwise random technologies is probably your only other option for a direct replacement.
