Welcome!

loon was right, you'll usually get some flack for not doing a search first. I recommened the RS-R EX-MAG series exhaust. It's not obnoxious, and I like the way it fits on the 6th gens. It has a nice classy sound.

Let us know what you decide!

I had a 5zigen fireball on mine, semi-loud but it was very deep, i loved it.

If you're looking for something quiet i'd also say Apex'i WS

I have an Apexi WS2 on my b16 civic and it's got a really nice sound.

However if you plan on building your engine heavily I suggest another exhaust

Magnaflow is just what you want. Perfect balance of loud when you get on it, quiet when you want to be and deep and throaty as hell. I love mine!!

since you said you're not rich, i'd say go with a custom exhaust. it will save you a lot of money. i just recently got 2 inch piping, kept stock cat and stock resonator, with a flowmaster 40 series. it's nice and quiet, and when you step on it, it has a nice deep sound. i payed 250 for this installed, with a lifetime guarantee on everything. i'd say do some research around your area and see what kind of prices you can get.

or you could always just buy a muffler and have them weld that on to some 2 - 2.5 inch piping.
