As long as the Penzoil is full synthetic. I'm pretty sure you can't switch back to regular oil once you've used synthetic.

Do your own oil it only take one time for them to fuck it up, cross threading the plug, underfilling, over filling. Have the piece of mind and do it your self

I heard it from a friend. I tried googling it, but it seems to be disputed. Some say yes to changing, some say you can't.

All I can say is I wouldn't run conventional oil no matter how cheap it was. I've switched to synthetic in my last three cars, it's worth the cost.

Why exactly what?

Why use synthetic? I like the extra protection for my engine.

It's honestly not going to make that much of a difference. It's a Honda, it'll last.

I heard nothing but crap about cheap oil changes.. either they only replace the filter, or they change the oil and leave the filter alone. Synthetic or not, I use 15w50 or 20w50 when I change my oil because I run the engine hard and need the extra viscosity. If you have a newer car, definitely run something thicker than whatever 5w or 0w swill Honda is putting in their cars these days.
