help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hey guys im in need of help...im kinda new so bear with me...my limit is 13000 dollars...i was wondering wat would be the best output for 13000...i already have a b16 so should i stroke it out...ls vtec...change the block full turbo kit...or get a b18 type r n iono how much install would be so i would probably have about 7 thousand to put in the motor...i want a v8 spanker easy...i want to be real fast so how should i use my 13000...i can use other ideas i havent listed for the best output...please help!!!!!!!

Mods: AEM CAI (ground extension), Pacesetter headers 4-2-1, Pacesetter downpipe, Pacesetter exhaust, Tokico lowering kit 2" shocks and struts, Baer slotted rotors and break calipers, Ceramic brakepads, Pilot upper front, upper rear and lower rear strutbars, Pilot sway bars, Short Throw Shifter, ACR performance spark plug wires.

i just said this to another guy easiest way to gain hp in a vic is def with a k20a2 swap. but besides that you can make any honda engine a v8 spanker easily.
