A little help, if possible

I was on SH early last year and am now coming back around. I just bought myself a blue '99 Si and I love it (ignore my username, I do not have twin turbo on it). I've had no issues with the car, just some maintenance here and there. I used to have a '93 DX with 15" rims. I swapped the rims to the Si with the 195/50 tires. I noticed the speedo is way off due the smaller tires. Is there any way to reprogram the speed sensor to work with the 50s instead of the 55s? Can I swap sensors between a '93 and '99, both with 5spd? In case anyone is wondering, I used the 50s because they have summer tires, whereas the 55s on the Si rims are snow tires. Also, does anyone know if projector style foglights are available for the Si, or is only the factory reflector style available?

From my understanding only reflector type fog lights on the civics, unless it's custom made or taken from another car and retro fitted <---- which would be custom anyway.

aside from that there's nothing much you can do regardin the speedometer and the size of the tires throwing off the reading, you be aware that it is an issue and just work around it, i'm having the same problems when I upgraded from 185/60/14 to 195/60/15 and lastly 205/50/15 and I know i'm going faster by about 8 miles so I speed keeping that in mind.

I appreciate the help. I figured out the difference anyway. It's about 1mph for every 15 or about 7 for 105. Close enough at least.
