need help with an engine swap

ok ppl im having a little bit of a problem dong a swap.. the car is a 200 civic si with the b16a2.. i ordered a b18c5 itr from hmotorsonline and got the engine harness ok what is the difference in harnesses in them.. i've also noticed that there is some extra plug's on the si motor how do i get along this without frying something like the p72 ecu

b18c5 is older then your si thats a start... now hook the harness on to your si and figure out which plug goes to wat then use that same thing on the Itr swap... (this is coming from some1 who hasn't slept in 3 days so its just my best guess)

EDIT there both b-series engines they shouldnt be that different

yeah figured it out our selves but thanks anyway.. we pluged every thing in and ended up with like 3 extra plugs like the cps sensor and like 2 others and got a jumper harness from rywire and it started right up took it to the track yesterday and ran a 13.607 without tuning thanks anyway

thaz wsup homie besure the vtec is wired up rite and tune it

^you don't have to wire v-tec its already in the harness just plug it in. good numbers especially in a coupe.

ok back up in this driving the other day aand 3rd and 4th went out and are locked out like it dont even go in what is the could be the culprit??
