Need the most hp!!! Wanna go all motor, then turbo.

I just got my '00 SI. I would like to build the engine from scratch. I'm lookin for the best head to bottom combination for the best results in hp. I'm new at this (not to cars, but the honda) so i need help. I would like to do all my research b4 i make any move. Right now i'm workin wit a greddy exhaust, and the car is lower 2". Everything else is stock.

well why build your motor for all motor and then completely change everything to go turbo? just do one of the other ya know?
