The newer neon R/Ts are pretty much solid 16 second flat cars, with a few exceptions running high 15s.

Why is it "not bad for a dodge". It sounds like you expect dodge to only make 18 second cars or something?

Neon R/T is like their top of the line car, it's light and pretty damn quick.

Neon ACR has a 2.0 "magnum" engine that spits about 140HP and 132 Ft lbs. of Torque and it also has dual exhaust.

Neon SRT-4 is going to be a turbocharged neon released later this year or early next year.

I don't think dodge will have a problem making a reliable turbo engine. My 2.2 turbo charger from 1986 is still going with 180000 miles on it. Hell, i'll bet you didn't think a domestic car could even last that long!
