Question Neuspeed

Ok heres the deal. My stock front rotors are about to go out any day now (mechanic said they are very worn down and cracked) He also said that they can snap at any time. Now I am planning on ordering a set of Neuspeed front rotors and get the back ones next payday. I called the tech line awhile back and they are stock replacement (Im broke). I forgot to ask them 1 question and for some reason the office is closed today but anyway do you guys know if I can/shouldnt use new stock pads or get performance pads? Remember I am broke. And are Neuspeed brakes reputable? I dont want nothing fancy just more stopping power than what I got now. In the magazine they advertise them for $50 dollars a rotor. Another thing....which is better for venting, cross drilled or slotted?

rotors

I HAVEN'T HEARD ANYTHING ABOUT NEUSPEED ROTORS BEFORE BUT THE REST OF THEIR PRODUCTS HAVE A VERY GOOD REPUTATION. AS FAR AS SLOTTED OR CROSS DRILLED ROTORS GO, SLOTTED ARE STRONGER BUT BOTH ARE WEAKER THAN SOLID ROTORS. I INSTALLED POWERSLOT SLOTTED ROTORS ON MY 00 SIR ON ALL FOUR CORNERS WITH NEW OEM PADS AND THEY WORK GREAT AEM PADS ARE MADE BY NISSIN WHICH IS THE SAME COMPANY THAT MAKES OEM HONDA PADS. ANY METALLIC PAD WILL DO BUT SOME PADS ARE TO HARSH SUCH AS EBC AND WILL KILL YOUR ROTORS. THE ONLY GUYS THAT MAKE CROSS DRILLED ROTORS THAT DONT CRACK ARE PORSCHE, AND APPARENTLY THEY DONT EVEN DRILL THEM THEY ARE FORGED THAT WAY. POWERSLOT ROTORS ARE MADE BY BREMBO THAN SHIPPED TO CALIFORNIA WHERE THEY ARE SLOTTED( MINE ARE COOL TO THE TOUCH AFTER 10 MIN. AFTER ZIPPING AROUND TOWN). SO WHATEVER ROUTE U GO MAKE SURE TO DO YOUR HOMEWORK AND DONT WASTE YOUR CASH. GOOD-LUCK
