Ok I need to go ahead and replace my OEM air filter. Which one would your recommend the K&N, Fram, or OEM Honda? Let me know what your experience is with them. Thanks
if your not gonna replace the whole intake, you should get the K&N drop in filter...its probably your best bet, power wise...If you dont want to go with that, then get the OEM one

It doesn't really create more power, or at least it's not a noticeable difference in power; you'll add maybe 1-2hp. However, it does noticeably improve throttle response.
The K&N filter is made of an oil-impregnated cotton gauze reinforced with a tight wire mesh. This type of filter allows more air to pass through than a more restrictive paper filter, and allows the air into the intake with less turbulence. As the K&N filter gets dirtier, it actually filters air better because of the buildup of particles on the filter surface (although at a slight expense of air flow). The K&N filter is cleanable, like a foam filter and unlike a regular paper filter; cleaning intervals are much longer with the K&N than with a foam filter though. Once you buy a K&N drop-in filter, you'll probably never have to buy a filter again for that car - so it is worth it's high initial investment.
