I like it, looks kind of a cross between the coupe and the hatch, but I'm more interested in the power they claim it makes

I posted this weeks ago in the rumors section.
and no it won't come to the US. America only had 1 type-r and i don't think they'll get another one.
Anyway if this does go into production it should be pretty quick as the current type-r on the same chassis is performing pretty well.

Yeah I don't know....maybe they think it won't sell. Honda in Europe doesn't really have the same cheapo econobox image it does in America....maybe that's why

IDK, when I think of Honda, I don't think of cheap econobox.
I think of well built very economical, very reliable fun to drive cars. Some of the best cars money can buy, and a lot of ppl agree with that notion. Sure there not luxurious, nothing fancy, but they are just all around great cars, and there are a shit ton of them over here, way more over here than in Europe, well the parts of Europe I have visited anyway.

The front and rear bumper lip is strange.

Eh, I'm not a fan of the look. The engine, though, is real nice.

What is up with the roof scoop?!? It's not a rear/mid engine car so where does that air go?

It goes directly into the cabin to cooll the driver, since they got rid of all interior parts that weren't really neccessary, lol. I got a couple buddies stationed in Europe I think i'll take a trip over there for my b-day in auguest and see about bringing one back to the states, hopefully no one else does this before me so I can say I have the 1st one in the US

I personally think it is sick. New models always taken me a while to get use to, but I think that Type-R would be a fun project to work with. Thanks for sharing.
