Hey everyone, thanks for taking the time to read my post. I just bought a 2007 Si sedan and had a few questions on some modifications i could make. I'm not very knowledgable when it comes to car customization and this is the first car i've owned really worthy of some work. The only thing i've done so far was buying new tail lights and getting new wheels and tires. I wanted to know what the best route would be, or if anyone knew of some good brands/dealers/prices etc. on possibly getting some new cams, headers, exhaust system, etc. I have a few friends at work that have told me that the stock intake on the Si is already a cold air and i shouldnt worry about getting a new one. is this true or would buying a different kind improve performance? Another friend also mentioned getting a port and polish job and i wasnt too sure if this was necessary or if it would improve performance. as you can see i dont know too many things about my car which is kinda sad, i just know i wouldnt mind adding a few affordable things to boost performance. A lot of people are telling me that there probably isnt too much out there for these type of changes because of how new the car and body are but i figured you guys would know the best. if you have any suggestions as to improvements in performance i could make please let me know, i would greatly appreciate it. again thank you for taking the time to read.

Send the taillights back, factory ones look great. As for mods, I would probably do Intake/Header/Exhaust and Tune with Kpro, if you can get cams too, go for it, They would probably make a big difference specially with a good tune!! And keep the factory wheels and tires too haha, put that money into performance!

dont drop tons of money into it until you have it paid off

It's just wasting money to do modifications on the 07 Si cuz it won't make a huge difference performance wise unless a turbo is added.

I have a 07 si sedan too and it is fast enough for me.

you dont need a turbo to make big numbers with a k20

They don't make kpro for the new si, because it uses a MAF and a MAP sensor. It depends on your budget, I know you have car payments bla bla. I would just do simple bolt ons. Buy only a Injen cold air,do not buy a short ram,its just a waste of money. DC race header,and a decent exhaust and if budget allows then do a reflash. I love nitrous but I wouldn't put it on something you have to worry about warrenty.

Short ram is just as good as CAI. I'd get the passwordjdm CF whale penis intake though

No CF Whale penis!! haha, I just dont' like the way they look anymore. Check my intake out. I just started a thread called My Si, pics and stuff. Check out teh Top Fuel intake

Good stuff. Didn't know they didn't have kpro yet for the new si, it will be soon though haha.

True, but I do believe Hondata can reflash your ecu for you? I remember reading about it somewhere?
