I just put on a new header and im getting crappy gas milage. is that common for a header or am i just loving the vtec sound too much and cant keep my foot off the floor?

yeah i put everything back on there the way it all came off, i went back under it last nihgt and check all the bolts and stuff, everything is good. VTEC sound freakin nasty now, i love it!!!!!!
