Is the engine in good condition? Are you planning to do some of the internal work yourself? I suggest completing the swap before beginning any internal work. Please expand....

why the hell would you complete the swap before doing internal work? that makes no sense at all. There are a shit load of companies that make very good internal components for b-series motors. Use the internet and do some research. If you have the financial means, send the motor off to JUN or JG engine dynamics or the like and tell them you want them to build it from top to bottom. I wouldnt do any of the work yourself unless you really know what your doing. But if you want the motor built before you put it in the car, send it off somewhere and tell them you want a turbo or n/a build or whatever it is you want to do with it.
