I know its normal when your exhaust makes this tinking, dripping sorta noise when u park the car and turn it off, But sometimes I hear it when im ideling at a red light.. So is this even normal?? please help..

It's the sound of the metal contracting, it's normal.

Even wen ur at idle? sometimes its a clink clink noise and sometimes its a scrathy drippy noise

Hmmmm, I don't know about the scratchy drippy noise. But, your engine will heat up at idle. Expansion and contraction can account for the tink noise.

if you just got the car two weeks ago (from a dealer), take her back for a checkup bro- i guarantee they'll take a look at it free of charge- peace
