O2 sensor simulator

I bought one of these a while ago and finally connected it, however I still get cel code for o2 malfunction. I'm not too sure if I connected it correctly. For those of you that have it, could you reply with which wires you connected from the o2 sensor to the accompaning(?) wire on the simulator.

one wire from the sim goes to ecu ground, one goes to 12v...and the other goes to secondary o2. you have to completely cut the o2 wire in half. tape off the end going to the sensor and connect the other half to the o2 sim.

mines been installed for a few months....works great
