Oil Change Question

How much oil do you put in your 99-00 Civic Si's when changing it. The owners manual says 4.2 quarts with filter then a couple lines down it says 5.1 quarts total?

The amazing thing is that you read the manual...hmm..I've only read it twice ...for tranny fluid capacity..and ..umm..dont remember but ..wow. The way i see it...just drain it out good and add 4.5 quarts. I dont even check the dip stick. If i was at work. .i always do ..we get it pumped by machine so u got to check there.

I got a question about oil. I know that with higher milage cars your not supposed to use Mobil 1, but at what milage should this change over occur?
