Oil on spark plug

I got 20,000 miles and checked out my spark plugs, #3 and #4 had oil on the threads, also a little oil was visable at the bottom of the walls down where the plugs rest. Is there any reason for this? Should I be taking it to the dealer? I use Mobil 1.

I had the same problem too, on the #1 cylinder. I pulled the valve cover off, replaced the gasket as well as the gaskets that go where the spark plugs are. End of problem...
