Is this parts site reputable?
Hey everyone. Just wanted to know if anyone had dealt with autocarparts.com. The site looks legit and everything, but I wanted to make sure. Also, they're selling the Eibach Pro Kit for 1999 Civic Si for 209.00. Does anyone know if another place has a better deal?
I just ordered the eibach pro kit yesterday for $195 shipped. There is a group buy on www.groupbuycenter.com . I believe the vendor is no limit enterprises.
Most of the pro-kits that i've seen on ebay are sold at retail prices, and if you got the h&r sports, hate to break it to you, but you could have had them cheaper from a vendor.

For how much?

Just curious, what makes the H&R's better?
I was looking at the Eibach Pro Kit because I didn't want too much of a drop, and because I don't want to have to use a camber kit. Do you need a camber kit with the H&R's?
And does anyone know how much distance there is between the tire and the wheel well with the stock suspension on a '99 Si?
I had the H&R's and they weren't all that and the bag of chips everyone claimed...I thought they were too bouncy. I know that the AGX's had a lot to do with that, so if you paired them up with some konis, they will most likely feel awesome. I now have GC's and I love them. I have them set a tad bit higher then the H&R's, and lower then the pro-kit. They ride great with the KYB's!!!

It depends on which H&Rs you get. Check out www.hrsprings.com for the drops. You won't need a camber kit for the OE SPort stage 1, but *may* need it for the Sport stage 2, and will definately need it for the other stages.

So, what is it about the Pro Kit and the Stage 1 H&R's that make them not have to have a camber kit?
I've heard most people say they don't need a kit, but others have said that anyone lowered needs one.
Anyone know?
General concensus is that if you drop is less than 2", that you don't need a kit. The pro-kit is 1.5 front, 1.3 rear. The H&R stage1 is 0.75" front, 0.75" rear.
