Power Antenna on my '99 Si

I bought the car last saturday, and i have just been using the cd player, but today i decided to try the radio and i get no rececption so i feel on top of my car and my antenna never came out i think its stuck. I just guessing that it should come out by itself once i turn the radio on. Its under warranty so ill porbably just take it in, or do any of you know why it would be stuck or what i could do myself.

it's not power. Mine is very hard to pull out when it's all the way in. You should get good radio reception even if it's pushed all the way in though.

No it is not a power antenna. You do need to pull it out yourself.
