PR3 or PR4 rods?

I recently took my rods out of my B16A2 block and they were labeled PR3. I took them to an engine shop for machining and I also needed 2 more since the other 2 were trashed. The engine tech had someone pull rods from a B16A2 block and the rods out of that engine were labeled PR4?? The PR4s didn't look as well built as the PR3s but there didn't seem to be much of a difference? I'm building an all motor engine with a stock B16A2 block & crank, race bearings(rod & main), cast PCT 82mm pistons, and an ITR/CTR B16 head. What rod would go best with this setup and is there really any difference? Thanks
