Pricing for parts
What's up SHO, this post is more geared toward the classifieds, but I would like a lot of different opinions and I know that everyone doesn't read the classifieds. This is my situation, I have a '99 Si that I'm parting out. I have a couple of interested buyers for the front end (hood, fenders, headlights, and bumper) but I'm not sure how I should much I should ask. The parts are used but in new condition. I contacted the dealer and the prices are as follows:
Hood: $305
Fenders: $154.96 ea
Headlights: $199 ea
Bumper: $160.32

Yes all stock parts, basically I have a '99 Si shell Milano Red. Some interior componets already sold (gauge cluster and front seats; although I have some EX front seats in their place) and I swapped my 5 star Del Sol wheels for the Si's on my car.

what condition is your rear bumper in- if its decent, and you take paypal, ill buy it- im sure youve seen my car so we already know the color will match- but you better be packaging that shit up like a champ and sending it properly so it doesnt get damaged- i want pictures of the rear AND front bumpers, close ups- i just PM'd you with my email address, you can send the pics there. Im actually also interested in your DRIVERS SIDE front fender if that is mint as well- send pics of that too.

Everything is basically perfect. The car has been outside for two years so you have to take into consideration the weather, however I currently have the car covered. The car has less than 43K miles on it and has basically been pampered as far as driving is concerned. All parts are used but in immaculate condition. So with all that said how do you think I should price this stuff? I'll get pics up asap so you all can see that I'm not just bullshitin' to sell this stuff.

Fuck dude! Get pics up, I'm interested. I need a new rear and front bumper for my '96 and have been toying with the idea of a full front end conversion...

UPDATE
I just went to take some pics yesterday so they should be up real soon. However I also found out that while the car has been sitting that there has been some vandalism. :hot: It looked like someone kicked it on the driver's side behind the door and I don't know what happened to the front bumper, but now it's all scratched across the front.: All it will need is a fresh paint job and it will be fine. I will pro-rate the selling price accordingly. Total minimum asking price is for whole front end is $375+shipping which is just a little less than a third of new parts from Honda. As aforementioned, I'll post pics soon, hopefully by the end of this week.
