Question...

What does an "Axel Back" do on Aftermarket Cat - Back Exhaust?

Thanks
Todd

nothing.....just makes noise...axel back is only the end peice, it would be better to get a full catback if u wish to see any gains, but you wont be seeing much

If he's N/A he'd get around the same gains from a cat-back as he would with an axle-back. if you don't wanna spend 300 more for a cat-back, an axle-back is a great way to go. only from just putting a muffler on would he get just noise.

You got it!!! A lot of people have this misconception that they need some big exhaust. If your going N/a and not modding the hell out of the motor, get the axcel back. I'm getting the mugen twin loob, with some CTR cams. Remember too big =no back presure. I don't think a company like mugen would produce something that will only give you a loud noise.
