Question about header install

I jus recieved my dc 4-1 SS header today. When lookin on the connector pipe meets the cat, I noticed the bolts are really really rusty looking.. Are they gonna be able to come off when I install my header tommrrow?

rust sucks

I work in a body shop, and have done lots of exhaust. Don't strip the bolts , use a torch on them, they will spin right off.

HAHA... I don't work in a shop so that explains my methods... I usually just pull out the air cutter and kill the old bolts and start from scratch.

Spray some wd40 on it and let it sit a bit...
Use a 1/2 in impact with a 17mm? i belive its a 17... anyhow... impact on one side, wrench on the other.

If that doesnt work, torch it or cut it off.
