Rattling door panel

Please help. I have brought mu 00 sir to the dealer three times already and still i have this rattle coming from somewhere inside my driver's side door panel. I can pinpoint it to close to where the door closes. If i push into the panel with my elbow while driving it stops rattling. Does anybody know what it might be, or does abnyone know how I can get the door panel off to take a look for myself?????:

If it's metallic, it might be the lock/opener bars banging into each other or the door panel. Which part of the door makes noise?

if your car is second hand or you installed new speakers, you might have broke some of those plastic pins that hold the door panel to the door. Or loose scews that weren't tighten back up. Try reinstallign the door panel.
