Why do people when they lose continue to race after the winning car stops and do the infamous "ricer fly by" , cut the winning car off and throw on the hazards? Any thoughts suggestions on why this happens?

Now now, don't be jumping to any conclusions, there are SOME people on here with mustang user names that aren't being asses and dissing all imports and the people who drive them. I haven't heard him say anything negative toward imports, hondas, or the drivers...just the ricers. Give him a chance first, then if he says something negative, then this would be appropriate.
