Rims for EM1

Guys I kno i may be asking alot out of ya but could you help me out..ive been looking for rims for a long time now. Ive found a few but really cant decide. I was watching some vids on youtube the otherday and came across this (YouTube - Compilation civic coupe 96 - 00)

At :51 there are some rims and a rear lip and i would like to know what they are

if you guys could help me out with the name of those rims and rear lip it woul be greatly appreciated and if you wanted you could post up any suggestions on rims

the rims are volk te37 and its a ctr replica rear lip
