There are shops that sell aftermarket oem replacement parts. I know here in San Diego the place is called Certi-Fit.

Thanks guys, for your help.... but I love in West Palm Beach, FL. Anyone know where I can get parts here? or online and have em delivered? Also is everyone in agreement that my best option will be to buy aftermarket parts for the bumpers? Also, the Side skirts are that black kinda plastic that has gone grey over the years, when I get it painted, can they just paint over them or should I replace them with something else? It would be nice to have the SS the same color as the car and the door trims match too.

you can re use the side skirts. and since u said ur doing alot of the work urself, or are wanting to, start doing this, take em off, sand em down till the grey is gone and its smooth, then primer it.

Has anyone heard of the Pertronix "Second Strike" ignition unit?
It's like MSD but instead of cutting off the second spark at 3000 rpms it provides the second spark throughout the entire rpm range.
I saw an ad for it in Grassroots Motorsports magazine, and I'm having a hard time finding reviews for it.

and here's the Pertronix website:

I'm confused as to why you want an aftermarket ignition system when your cars are stock.

I never said I was going to buy it, install it, or try it.
All I asked was what people thought of it.

Would I be able to do the same thing with the door trim as well as the side skirts? Also is that a short term fix or will the paint job last on it after sanding and priming??

depends what you want out of it. A mild cam will give you moderate gains and be able to use the stock valvetrain. If you want large gains then you would need a bigger cam and that would require building your head.
