This pulley set is new in the box (part # 23-4007 color: Silver) all instructions included- I'm not going to go crazy on discounts because they've never even been touched, but ill save you some shipping costs- $150 shipped via ups with tracking number and no, I wont make any deals because like i said, these have never been out of the box.
