Yes. All of the gear ratios and the final drive ratio are the same:
3.230
2.105
1.458
1.107
0.848
4.40 FD
This is the 2nd generation Y1 tranny. The USDM '99-00 Si, USDM Integra Type-R, JDM Civic SiR-II, and JDM Civic Type-R all used this transmission.
Also note, the USDM del Sol VTEC and the JDM ITR have slightly different transmissions; the Sol has a 3.307 1st gear, and the JDM ITR has a 4.785 final drive and 0.787 5th gear.

Yep, they are all the same, except for the differences noted by Targa.

I still find it hard to believe that its the same tranny. I mean sure the gear ratios are the same, but I always thought that the ITR tranny was stronger then the Si tranny. Oh well..

Actualy the GSR trany works best with it, and the LS trany if your going turbo. But then again if you really wanted you can drop differn't gears in any B series trany and customise it to your specs. But thats timly and costly.
