small crack in the block of my newly installed a2 any ideas?

I recently swapped a b16a2 into my 00 ex....I got everything in there after much painstaking.....about a week ago I noticed a small oil leak coming from underneath the intake mani and I didn't think much of it but I pulled it into the shop the other day and got to looking underneath and noticed that where I had put a t in with an oil sin in unit or however that is spelled and my oil pressure switch that the piece threaded in the block was broken....so I pulled it out and just put the oem oil pressure switch back in but I guess from all the stress of the heavy t that was in the hole it caused a slight crack right above where the original oil pressure switch is threaded in....now its spraying oil out of the hole and of course it can't be welded...aluminum block and what not. I was thinking of trying this stuff I have that works kind of like a weld called alumaloy....its an aluminum alloy mix....do you think that would be a good idea or do you have any other suggestions....any help would be greatly appreciated
thanks

it can be welded...

you'll probably have to pull the engine out and tear it down first though...

tig welding and oily surfaces do NOT mix.

I had my custom cylinder head for my volvo/ford hybrid done at:

www.eagleautomotivemachine.com

they arent local to you but here in atlanta (big ass city duh) they were the only machine shop that would weld aluminum like I wanted, and they did an AWESOME job of it...

how the hell did you crack the block by those threads anyway? I'd love to see a picture of this.

I think 3M has a Scotchweld adhesive you can order that is okay on oily surfaces. You'd have to check their online catalog.
