Is it still doing it? Unless its causing you big problems, I'd wait it out till your current tank of gas is gone. A bad tank is always a possibility. That is the cheapest and most likely issue. Keep us informed.
cleaning your filter would be a good idea. It would have to be pretty clogged up to make the idle rough. Bad gas is a possiblity, or maybe it was a cpu hick-up.

i think this is related so if you guys can help me out, i would really appreciate it.
the problem is my idle is kinda low. i have a 2K si with about 22.000 miles on it and ever since about 6months ago the idle speed went down to 600 or 650 rpm. it use to be at 750 or 800 before. can anyone tell me how to adjust the idle speed??
well all you got to do is take your bumper off (to make things easy) and take your filter off. Then go to ike a parts source or something and get the K&N filter charger kit. It comes with a cleaner and oil to recharge your filter. spray the cleaner on the filter and let soak for 10 minutes. then wash from the inside out with tap water. then let it dry for like 20 minutes. spray the oil on and let sit for 10 minutes. put it back on and your done.

before you turn the idle adjuster screw you need to switch off the EACV by unplugging it.
run the warm engine without EACV, adjust the idle to spec shut the engine off. reconnect EACV.
remove the ecu fuse for 5 minutes, put the fuse back
start again and let the car idle for 5 minutes without the lights/blower/heater/stereo. that should work.
also check you timming.
