Tonight was raining, i was on my back home, I was at the highway entrance and ready to speed up, all the sudden i saw a suv at the right merge point(parked) without her fucking brake lights on, i stepped on the brake hard as shit but fucking tires spun out, there was no emergeny lane on the right b/c it was at the merging point, I couldnt avoid it to the left either b/c the oncoming cars were coming at my left, so i rear ended that bitch, when i walk to her car, she was resting there and eating her fucking cracker: she was like did you see me stopped here, i was like yeah bitch, why the fuck i wanna hit you with my car, and she said it's my fault that rear ended her and if we call the police i will get a ticket...
damn i hate those tires, now i got a scratched bumper, broken mesh, bent hood, and side panel was kinda bent too...
how much you think it gonna cost me to fix all that?
fkn suvs think they own the road. and most of them cant even drive there 4x4.. LIke when they could be passing on the right they just sit there.. like they in a lowered car or something pisses me off

Tough break............and yes I agree with you....our Michelins do not have good thread patter for shit.....and as far as those SUV's...I try to stay away from them as far as possible......
Good luck amigo
You are lucky man. I did the same thing two months after I bought the car and the total bill was over 7500. On the bright side 1.5 years later and you could never tell its been in an accident. I also had my front lip stolen, cracked a foglight on the turnpike, and a kid on a bike hit my parked car denting up pretty good. It is all better now and with summer here some wash and wax will make me very happy. Good luck with repairs.

Same thing happend to me. Luckly i stopped in time to have no noticable scratches.. Damn Tires... Lightly rainy day.. Car slide like 10 ft before it stopped from 30MPH.
Damn person in front would not move on a green light.. But i guess it was my fault.. I was heading to the light which turned green, and i assumed the guy in front (Old Couple) would move, but after 5 seconds on the green, he didn't budge. So i had to step on the brakes. Again. luckly i stop to the point where my car just touch his bumper, so no real impact.
This will teach me a lesson to assume the reaction of another driver. When i see green (.03 sec), my car is flying.. but i guess this doesn't happen with everyone else.
wait wait are u saying her brake lights were not on indicating that she was not stopped, or her TAIL lights were not on indicating that she did not have her headlights/taillights on at night (as u said it was) can u explain why she was in that position on the road? i don't understand... it seemed like she was just chillin there and she wasn't supposed to be.... maybe your insurance can get their higher level investigators to research this more... and ur premium won't go up... and maybe (at best) this was not ur fault??

yea man, she was just there, parked, without the brake lights or harzard signals
Me being in a shitty old 83 bmw 230i I was driving behind an expedition and the bitch slammed on her brakes to make a turn in the Mc Donalds and it was raining heavily and since my car is old no ABS and so i slammed on mine and rear ended the bitch
got a ticket for *speeding under weather conditions*
my fuckin insurance went for 90 bux a month to 150
fuckin sucks, damn cops always raggin on teenagers hard core.
All it took for me was slipping home one night on 1/4" snow, and the stockers were history. Replaced them with RE910s, which are good in all kinds of weather.
