thats what i was saying the turbo is not tuned correctly, and he is not getting the full power that he should be getting out of it.

just a quick question about turbo...after installing a turbo, say on a b16a2, is it best to have it dyno tuned asap or can u just pop it in and drive?....sorry i know its a stupid question but im gonna turbo my car soon and would just like a little insight.

You want to go easy on the turbo in the beginning just to ensure that everything is setup correctly. However, I wouldn't even think about running it hard until I got it dyno-tuned.

are u saying a 93 civic with a D16Z engine ran a 15.2? that doesn't sound likely. the D16 engine puts out 127hp@6600 with 107lb-ft@5500 tq.

99-00 si's with a b16 STOCK would be lucky to run low 15s, so i definately don't know about the SOHC VTEC D16 engine showing low 15 times

all depends on how much boost you are running and how you manage it...
