A few weeks ago I got my wheels jacked. The only thing I noticed was the blocks had came from my neighbors walk way. So I assumed it was one of the punk neighbors friends. Sure enough last night I had some kind of psychic thought to look out the window and sure enough I see a car dropping of this girl and then they pull right up to my driveway and start scoping out my car. My wheels chillin on this fags car and hes about to break into my car with 3 dudes. They looked up and noticed me and jammed. I called the police and they are going to send detectives to grill this bitch next door. So do I have a chance of actually getting these wheels back? What more should I do?
I hope you do. If it comes down that they did steal your rims (remember: everyone is innocent until proven guilty), press charges on them big time without pulling any punches. Also get them in a civil venue too. If they are under 18 (and I am assuming they are by the way it sounds) you can get they kid's parents for liability. Have them learn that a set of wheels isn't worth screwing up the rest of their life for. Good luck.
yo you need to go next door to the girls house and find out who they were. then you need to get your boys together and head to your local science lab and grab some cloroform and a dirty rag preferably wiped from you ass and you need to stake out his house and when hes alone and vunerable take said cloroform and douse on rag and jump up from behind him and put him down. place him in your trunk (ohh yeah did i forget to mention to take his ass down in an area not shall we say with a lot of witnesses) then drive about a 100 miles away to a very wooded secluded area and beat the crab out of him while hes unconscience. then strip him down to his underwear or nothing @ all (depends how sick and disturbed you are ) and leave his ass out there... ohh yeah dont forget too take your rims back... but dont put em on for a few days least till after teh cops come to yoru house and question you... gl and lemme know how it goes. (yeah i know me callin someone disturbed i ran out of my prozac for the week okay geeez)...

any way that you can tell they are your wheels for sure...if so then I would wait for the cops to do their thing...if that didn't solve anything then me and some friends as well as my golf bag would be paying that little pucker a visit. I prefer the 9 iron or wedge, but I'm sure one of my boys is sick enough to break out the woods. One crack for every lug nut taken off...I'm thinking by the end he may learn a lesson. Of course this is all assuming you know that they are your rims...the tires on the rims should prove it. They don't seem like smart theives.

-bricks used
-brand new tires u had on it
-relationship to your neighbor
-attempted theft that one time before they saw you
-etc.

if you have receipts for the rims/tires/mounting it should be a lot easier to get your rims back.
