Throttle body and Ignition Questions

First of all, does anyone know the size of the stock B16A SiR2 Throttle Body?

Next, which do you think would be more beneficial to me:
- MSD 6A Ignition, MSD Ditributor Cap, MSD Blaster SS Coil
~or~
- BBK 62MM Throttle Body
~or~
- BBK 70mm Throttle Body

as far as i know all the b series (excluding civic r and itr) have 58.5mm throttle bodies. the b16a should be the same.

as far as the other stuff it depends on what your setup is and what you are goig for.
