never heard of those tires. however with a treadwear of 400 i dont think they'll be great for you unless you want them to last a lifetime. those tires will be very hard and offer poor performance.
look for something with a lower treadwear (around 200 is a good compromise). go to tirerack.com and look around
there is a lot of info on that site about tires.
good luck.

they are supposed to be brand new, not even out yet. the guy i deal with for tires wrote everything down for me. so i dont think its that. i havent been able to find anything about them on tirerack. and i dont think he would have mis understood the guy on the phone. there is a definite difference between the way a M and P sounds... whenever i get the tires ill let u guys know

maybe he said it wrong cause he didn't know for sure. its parada (spec2). and they've been out for a long time they're really good performance summer tires.

You must be joking. You haven't tried many tires out there then. Cause Paradas in general just plain suck.

In the 7 years I've been autocrossing I've tried:

BFG KDs - street tire
Kumho 712s - street tire
Yokohama A520s - street tire
Toyo T1-S - street tire
Toyo FZ4 - street tire
Falken Azenis - street tire
Yokohama ES100 - street tire
Yokohama Paradas (Spec I & II)
Sumunito HTRZ - street tire
Yokohama A032Rs - DOT R tire
Hoosier AS032 - DOT R tire
Toyo RA-1s - DOT R tire
Kumho V700 - DOT R tire
Kumho VictorRacers - DOT R tire

most of those comparisons are fair but you're going to compare the parada specIIs with the likes of A032R, hoosiers, RA-1s, and victo racers? i'm talking about daily driven street tires, i think the paradas are pretty good for the summer

whats the tread rating on the parada specIIs? the ones im getting are 400aa and they are all season tires, basically just like the stock BF goodwrichs that were on my Si whenever i bought it.

i had parada's on my rims whenever i had them and for my area they suck cuz the tread wears down so fast on chipped stone roads... i live in BFE by the way. so i know parada's have been around for a while. he said these are BRAND new. he cant even order them yet. soooooo?

yea i'm with you on this one. from all the reviews i read they made the parada look great. same happend parada2 even more, but in actual life they do suck. a friend with an accord and another with a civic hatch had those and i wasnt impressed with the performance.

whats your oppinion about the A520's? had them on my civic and was pleased with them in the dry, however they werent that great in the wet. i belive they dont make those anymore...am i right or wrong?
