Probably at a turbo or a supercharger. If you want to go all N/A engine, then you would just beef up the internals. Looks like you have some of the things already to increase the hp and torque like the IHE.
Yes, go FI. You can't do anything with bolt-ons. I/H/E makes your car slower on the low-end, but pickup great midrange and top end. Turbo and Supercharging give you consistent boost and torque levels. Work on the internals and tranny so you can handle the boost, if you plan to run more than stock boost. It's expensive though, however not as much as it would cost in you went all-motor. If I had to pick, turbocharger because there are so many ways to tune everything together, it's like limitless if you have deep pockets.
if you want to just have the ability to haul ass only when you race then dont go super or turbo go a lil bit of basic bolt ons some cams maybe, and a small shot of nos on honda engines torque doubles on the nos shot to te engine, for example if you spray a 50 shot that safe on a stock si engine then thatwill be about 35 horses to the whells and about 60 to 75 lbs of torque.
If you want to go all motor, I say stroker kit or a B20 bottom end. Otherwise, FI will get you torque as well. But I just got a thing for all motor Hondas, so I would say the B20 or stroker. Just my opinion though. BTW, FI will probably get you more torque, but it may be harder on the engine in the long run.
I say go F/I. I'm thinking of a SC right now. Do a search on my name and you can see my SC list int the Supercharger forum. There is a list with all the shit you need and how much it costs.
Real question: If CRV-Vtec is hella buffer than LS-Vtec, would it not be better to go with the first choice? If money was not an issue, is it just as reliable, or am I asking the question in the wrong forum.

I don't have any personal experience with either, but since neither are really made for Vtec, I would imagine that niether are completely reliable. The B20 block would probably have the same problems as the B18(non-Vtec) block. The "proper" thing to do would of course to build either bottom end. There are a few people on "that other" message board with a CRVtec conversion, they may be able to offer some more information.
