dat ? ...

personally i dont like turbos. Its a good set up to go with if u like to drag or race a lot but for daily driver i think superchargers are better just because of less maintenence in comparison to turbos. If u want the power and is willing to put up with the maintenence and trouble i'd go with turbo..if not ..the supercharger. Both need a lot of tuning to get the full potential but if u dont have the money to do the tuning and get the right parts for it..den u should wait it out and do more studying.

well if you're going for power, i'd say go with turbo
since turbos can be upgraded in the future, while superchargers are pretty much stuck, once you get it installed, i don't think you can upgrade them...correct me if i'm wrong

Turbos are powered by exhaust gasses ..

Supercharger are powered by a belt, ran off of the engine.

I'd personally get a turbo.

IMO, Turbo all the way. Especially now with cars coming off the showroom floor with 230+ hp, superchargers are just too weak period even for the street. Its also a myth when it comes to maintenance is frequent for a turbo. Peace

Generally, on a stock block a turbocharger and a supercharger with make about the same power. A supercharger will have a better torque curve though. Once again, tuning is the key.

A built turbo engine is likely to see more gains than any supercharger.
