At 6psi of boost, figure around 215-220hp at the flywheel.. Just a rough estimate, by no means exact.

With OEM internals, it can do about 14.5xx's. It depends on the driver on this too.
Without the OEM internals, it can hit the 13.5xx's. Again, driving experience matters..... If you are good, you could hit the 12.xxx's (perhaps with alittle of help from the slicks).
Peace

Thats cool but with the drag kit, and a good driver, high 13's low low 14's is more what your gonna see at the track. Thats on stock internals too...
Of course #'s vary, but the majority run those times...

You can install a turbo kit yourself, however how 'hard' it is depends on your skill level.
Here are some good instructions some guy wrote on installing a GReddy turbo kit on a Si. It will give you a good idea on how hard a turbo kit is to install. http://home.earthlink.net/~sicivic99/TurboInst.htm

Personally, I would take the car to a reputable shop to have them install it for me. You will just have to shop for the prices. Generally speaking, the installation may cost around $1,000 or so, plus parts.
By you taking it to a shop, at least they could back their work under warranty (if they have it).
Peace

Providing that the conditions are right, you can hit high 13's with a GReddy kit (with intercooler and bov) on an Si with stock internals. That's running at like 8psi..

Turbo is powerful, with a little bit of lag, in the higher RPM with more output. In comparison, Supercharger is instant, however, less power output in the higher RPMs...
It depends on your driving style. If you like to race from light to light, supercharger. If you like to race on the highway, or a long straight, on a daily driver, I'd go with the turbo.
Peace
