V-AFC II Settings!!! - Honda Forum / Acura Forum

Hi everyone, I recently Buy my V-AFC II and I need help with the settings....My mods are

c Sport Header, HKS exhaust, Dc Sport Intake, Pulleys Kit, ACT Clutch and Short Shifter?? anyone with similars mods can send me the setting???

its not that easy. even if someone has the same mods as you do it could still be useless. every car is different. the best/ideal way of doing it is to have it set on the dyno. only then you could be sure its done right.

exactly.... have it dynoed man. You risk fucking your motor up if you use someone elses settings because like illeffekt said no motor is the same.

yea man. dont copy someone elses settings. i almost messed up the motor on my gsx because i listened to some dsm "experts".
after i got everything done to it..16g turbo upgrade, intercooler/pipes, injectors, fuel pump, bigger MAF sensor from a 95 eclipse and the AFC last.
i did a lot of reading on how to set it up so i could drive it somewhere where i could have it tuned.
on the low throttle i had it at +10% from 1k to 4k and +5% from there up.
on the hi throttle i had it at +10% till 4k and from there gradually higher till 7k
however i didnt drive it hard at all. just cruising aroudn town.
then one nite i went to one of the local dsm meets. about 10-12 people showed up and they all saw the setup and most of them suggested that i'm running to rich and that i should have 0 across the board on the low and hi throttle. but i didnt listen and kept the same settings. next day i met up with my friend that has a 500hp dsm and he helped me tune it with a datalogger.
turns out my car needed +22% at 1k rpm on the low throttle and those guys wanted me to have 0%
i learned my lesson.
