PupaScoopa is an unknown quantity at this point
It can never hurt, and only takes about a half hour to an hour if you do it yourself. I did mine at about 30k, some do theirs every 15k.

integral is an unknown quantity at this point
A feeler gauge, 8mm socket on a driver (not an air ratchet), and a flat-head screwdriver. Find the specs under your hood and make sure you get a feeler gauge that's got close widths.

Some people may tell you to get the Honda tool. It's just this side of useless if you just pay attention to what you're doing. Go to C-Speed Racing for a how-to.
