what mods can i do to go faster

I have a 92 mazda navajo, four speed manual, shift on the floor. I am planning on going to the track to do soem baseline runs this weekend. What can i do to lower my quartermile times, i am aiming around a 14.2. Thanks for the help

Damn, 14.2. I'd say its possible if u got enough money man, lol. Start with a intake, then an exhaust(Borla) and save for a nitrous kit. I'd say like a 400 shot of juice should do it, will hopefully blow the motor through the hood and onto the spectators at the track u are running your truck at. Good luck

Well the Mazda Navajo is basically an Explorer, drop a 302 in there, and supercharge it. That'll get you going.

I like the 400 shot of juice better. I'd like to see what would happen to that motor at the track after seeing that high of a shot.

400shots of nitrous? hmmmm..... why go for nitrous oxide, just put pure oxygen in the tank! oh, and a get life insurance before you do that.

but for reals, you can do these mods but, i seriously doubt you are going to go 14.3

and maybe 65shots of nitrous. not 400

you can if you want, it will be the first and last time you'll be squeezing. but as i said, get life insurance first.
